It is that time again.Signs go up on fences and candidates sign wave in a unique tradition on along highways. Join Kaala as he and supporters sign wave at 3:30 p.m. today along Honopiilani Highway. Dozens of candidates are running for office on Maui, agrevated by the fact that every voter can vote for all 9 positions on the County Council even though only one position represents their area.
